Context / Issue

A newly structured global team spanning compliance, commercial, and technology functions was coming together for the first time under new leadership. They faced a tangle of ill-defined and urgent issues around remit, process, systems and roles, and needed to move towards shared purpose, priorities, and an actionable plan.

Our Approach

Partnering closely with the senior leader, we invited team members to co-create the experience from the very start, shaping the agenda, desired outcomes, and key content for the event. This early engagement generated commitment and energy before the workshop even began.

During the three-day event this groundwork paid off. Our design created space for open, generative dialogue, not just presentations, which surfaced fresh ideas, mutual understanding, and a willingness across the group to lead. Together, we moved from ambiguity to alignment, defining clear priorities and ownership around what mattered most.

Benefits Realised

The team left with a clear roadmap, shared priorities, and a working model for collaboration. They had begun to build the target relationships and behaviours that would sustain their “One Global Team” ambition.

Client feedback:

“Great facilitation! We are well on our way... We have more clarity on where to focus and prioritise. Great energy, great output, and great flexibility demonstrated, too.”
