Context / Issue

An RD function needed to dramatically improve the flow of supply chain materials and information, aiming to cut delivery timelines by at least 50%. With over 100 known issues and no clear starting point, the team faced both complexity and a lack of structured collaboration.

Our approach

We helped the team cut through the noise by facilitating issue prioritisation and identifying key drivers that mattered most. From there, we delivered practical, real-time problem-solving training, enabling immediate application to pressing supply chain problems.

As confidence grew, we coached the team through root cause analysis and solution design, creating delivery charters and implementation plans to guide and pace their work. Step by step, we supported the team as they moved from insight to action.
